I’ve had this problem repeatedly for years, and have had some managers/supervisors at least attempt to rotate me and others around, but recently I’ve noticed more pain in my wrist and shoulder and neck. I’ve been keeping track and I’ve spent about 80% of my shifts for the past 6 weeks on bar and only bar. I’m fairly tall and being on bar basically requires me to hunch over, and I have chronic migraines so the neck and shoulder pain has been triggering a lot of migraines recently. What do I do to prevent this, because I know my sm, coworkers, and myself would all prefer that I experienced less frequent migraines. I know itd be more manageable if I was moved around, and Ik a lot of my coworkers are experiencing the same issue of not being rotated too.
