Try turning off WiFi or make sure you’re actively connected to a WiFi network when opening the app.
The app is still terrible, but that usually helps.

It happened to me too! I uninstalled and have been trying to reinstall but it won't put the entire thing back onto my phone. It only puts the hub on and not my schedule. I tried calling for help and they said they would call me back but have not. I have tried reinstalling three times now with no luck.
