on monday i asked for four days off april 7-10 today they got denied. was my notice too late or am i mad over nothing. also my sm just changed my morning schedule for tomorrow without telling so two things in a row i’m upset about

your time off request i think was put in too late unfortunately. but im with u on changing your shift last minute without warning that makes me so mad.

The system wouldn't of let you put it in if you were past the 21 days so I think your SM just denied your request.
