Hello, I’ve been with the company for over a year. I am in the TX area and being paid $12. I was told I would not get an anniversary raise in November since we are getting a general raise in the summer to $15. This kinda bothers me because I’m not really sure how much my coworkers or others are being paid. I want to discuss this with my manager but wanted to see if anyone could share tips or insight about their pay if they’re also in TX or what I can do. I feel like I have grounds to ask for a raise but unsure if Starbucks does them or only general/anniversary raises. Thank you

I'm a barista trainer in TX and been with starbucks about a year and a half. I make $12 right now and was also told i'd be getting my raise later this year, around July, to $15

That seems low for a trainer, do you know if it’s appropriate to discuss wages with coworkers or is everyone paid the same excluding how long they been with the company
