I had to work alone during rush for an hour and a half. It was hell. It was a mess. I was so embarrassed on how messy it was and I felt like crying. Ppl were ordering the strawberry açai NON STOP and I was so livid.

literally me on the day after Christmas 😭 the closer was snowed in and I offered to stay later. BIGGEST REGRET cause the line was never ending, I couldn't do both register and make drinks (a store manager had to step in as my register) and I spent two hours to close 😭 never again will I say yes to staying late

I’m so sorry, something should’ve been done to get you some help, lock the cafe, turn off mobiles (“accidentally” mark out some big sellers), your SSV flex in to clear a back log, so it’s wrong that nothing was done
