labor cuts and raises (self.starbucksbaristas)

Ok so we all know we're seeing ridiculous labor cuts, worse than previous years. Obviously part of it is due to unions (which will truly just backfire on SB) but what if the other part is because of the promised wages by summer? Their greed outwaying partner experience more than it already has and if they can run a skeleton crew at the same cost as a full play then why not?

My store gets painfully busy in the summer and I'm low key scared we won't see hours increase and more people for peak.

It seems like the shareholders are now on our side (saw an article posted earlier), and they’re the main people that corporate listens to, so hang in there! There’s finally a light at the end of this dark tunnel, might be far away, might be close, but the light is there.

My manager said she had more hours to give for the week of 4/4. That’s a start
