Unions take a few months after being founded to make changes and it's not happened to Starbucks yet, they've just got started. From history of other unions in other workplaces the typical changes are increased wages, increased benefits to employees, etc.

Studies show working conditions in non-union workplaces improve as unions grow in other workplaces. But the benefit to non-union workplaces is much less.
