I’m getting 17-20 which is exactly where I want to be. I open 3-4 days a week

I've been scheduled 3-5 hours more a week but since I keep staying late due to call outs, I've been working 10-15 more than usual. I'll take it.

I’m getting 30-39

Some partners at my store have been cut but I weirdly enough, the only time our hours were cut was December/January and that was under a different manager (who quit before she could get fired) but since having a different manager, my hours have been mostly decent. I’m one of the strongest baristas at my store, my availability is very flexible and I’m a super common bar partner/ can work crazy long hours. I’ve been getting 30ish hours except this upcoming week (only have 25)

I get like 26-29 hours a week. I’m a shift. I have open availability besides Wednesday is my day off. I usually work mids and closings. Haven’t opened in like 2 months.
