I’ve been at a few different locations and it honestly varies. One of my stores would do them in the afternoons when it was slow, one store did them at closing, and my current store does them after morning peak. As long as it’s being done once a day I wouldn’t worry about it. To clean drains you pull out the plastic tray and the metal drain cover and put them in the back sink and cover them in bleach. Then you spray bleach into the drain and give it a good scrubbing. Now scrub the pieces that you had put into the sink and when they are clean put them back into the drain.

Literally only the closers do pretty much any cleaning unless someone else makes a huge mess and even then sometimes it’s still put off on us

omg….. i’m at a Really busy store and mop after peak (pulling out the fridges n everything) and spot sweep all day long, especially by oven. we do the drains twice a day too . .. but only if we’re staffed properly which hasn’t been the case recently . i feel for the closers :(

I close and we mop so many times at night .. but morning crew constantly complains 24/7 after Ariana the floors so bad … it’s never fair but what can we do ?

So at my store one of the mid tasks is floors, and that’s supposed to be like moving the mats and behind fridges and under cabinets, the deep clean. and we don’t do our back of house area. at closing they do another sweep and mop but don’t move the mats and stufs, and do back of house.

Every day, 5-7 times

We mainly mop and sweep deeply when we close. But sweep the floors during the day if we get time.
