Today this lady gave me attitude so I charged her 70 cents for her splash of milk. I couldnt understand what they wanted and they yelled “i want (x)!!! Whats so hard about that”
I apologized and said it was hard to understand them. Regardless they kept being rude and said “I also want (X), did you get that????”
Long story short I made them pay for their attitude.

That has got to be my favorite part of working on register. There are some customers who i will go out of my way to make sure they get more bang for their buck if they're nice. But if you're rude? I will gladly hit that milk button that charges you. I will HAPPILY charge you for that paper bag.
