I had a lady yell at me and said she didn’t order this on the mobile app and I’m like ma’am.. the app is a smart as it gets , then 2 days ago a stupido place their order at the wrong store and made excuses how she couldn’t get there but drive here like am I dumb , of course I couldn’t say no , then she was on the phone like “yeah it don’t matter cause Starbucks is Starbucks it’s through the app” like no markesha it is not .
