Switch it to another machine make sure it's the splitter being clogged, could be a bigger issue.If it is clogged, try soaking in a pitcher of hot water with dissolved espresso cleaning tabs for 10 minutes or so, before using pipe cleaner type brush to push through debris.

That piece can easily be ordered without a tech coming out, but won't be there right away.

I’m pretty sure ecosure requires that you have spare ones in the store, same with the steam wands. Ask your SSVs and SM.

If not, you can take a screw driver and a small Allen key to remove the screws, then you can use the pipe cleaners to get a more thorough cleaning.

deep clean the entire machine it sounds so weird but anytime there’s ever a problem w the bar 9 times outta 10 a real deep clean will fix it
