Hell nawh, I wouldn’t have even taken that order tbh. Only way i’m serving you at window is if you added one maybe two simple items. Had a customer the last time I worked pull up to the window & say “ is this where you order? I didn’t see the order screen or anything” 🤦🏽. Don’t feel bad making them pull back around to order, it wastes other customers time & then the next customer pulls up mad af cause they waited too long & i’m not trying to hear it. Plus my manager tweaks about window time lol

Yeah I'd make them go back around just because it's 7 of those smh people don't even know how to simply use a drive thru.

When that happens and there’s a line I take their order and let them pay but tell them they have to still drive around because other people who already ordered have drinks/food made and we don’t want it to sit
