no real difference other than a whip dollop on the bottom of the cup and cookie crumble topping on bottom and top as opposed to the java chip which is just a standard build. they all get drizzle, unlike a regular mocha frappuccino. i tell my baristas “if it gets the chips it gets the drips.”

Java chip Frappuccino is just Java chips, mocha, whipped cream and mocha drizzle.

mocha cookie crumble is like the Java chip frapp but on steroids, meaning it has whipped cream on the top AND bottom (same build as the caramel ribbon crunch), cookie crumbles on top and bottom and mocha drizzle.

double chocolate chip frapp is basically just the creme version of the Java chip, meaning everything is the same except no frap roast.

Java chip: frap roast, mocha, Java chips, WC and mocha drizzle.

double chocolate chip: no frap roast, mocha, Java chips, WC and mocha drizzle.

mocha cookie crumble: mocha, Java chips, WC on top and bottom, cookie crumbles on top and bottom.

Mocha cookie crumble= Java chip frap with whip and cookie crumbles on the bottom + whip and mocha drizzle and cookie crumbles on the top (only cookie crumbles go on the bottom w the whip, technically you do not put mocha drizzle on the bottom)

Caramel Frap= Frap roast, caramel syrup, whip and caramel drizzle

Caramel ribbon crunch= Frap roast, dark caramel sauce in the drink, Whip on the bottom w dark caramel, Whip on the top with reg caramel drizzle and caramel crunch topping (technically there is not caramel crunches on the bottom on this drink but i feel like we all put them there anyway)

Mocha/Chocolate Cookie Crumble get the WC on the bottom and the topping, kinda a scam considering you're paying for slightly crunchy topping and then the whipped cream on the bottom that ends up leaving you with less drink

it concerns me that some of these replies are missing that fact that the double chocolatey chip is a creme based frappuccino so it gets no frap toast and creme base instead of coffee base! other than that everyone seemed to cover the rest

Mocha cookie is just a Java with extra whip and the crushed Oreo topping- total rip off for the hike in price if you ask me.
The only difference between the 2 chocolate chip and Java is frapp roast and no frap roast, resulting in the 2 chocolate getting a little more milk and crème blending syrup not coffee syrup

Once upon a time in the days of yore, it had a different recipe. It called for chocolate whipped cream and it also got vanilla syrup in the Frappuccino.

There was a bigger difference when it first came out - the mocha cookie crumble used to get chocolate whipped cream and vanilla, not any more tho.

double chocolaty chip has no coffee, java chip has coffee, and mocha cookie crumble is an upcharged java chip that has whip on the bottom and crumbles. that’s how i put it basically.

double chocolate chip is the same recipe as a Java chip, just with no frap roast and made with the creme base syrup.

mocha cookie crumble is basically just a fancy Java chip with a layer of whip + mocha drizzle on the bottom, and Oreo crumbles on top.
