if one person calling out means you're understaffed, then thats not a staffing issue thats a scheduling/manager issue. Granted, staffing is definitely a massive issue, but when you're a small store, with no drive-thru, and over 20 people, there's definitely an issue there. (self.starbucksbaristas)
