While this is true, it doesn’t make it okay. Partners shouldn’t have to suffer financially and mentally because “that’s just the way it works”. Many partners who live paycheck to paycheck are unable to just “wait it out”. Hey, at least the CEO got a nice fat bonus before retiring though. 🙄

For real I’m struggling so bad and only getting 17 hours a week. I have rent car payment, phone bill, utilities, and insurance. I’m having to work 3 jobs to make ends meet where last year I was completely fine just with working here
