do starbucks inside starbucks, barnes n noble, etc. get some of or all the same benefits as regular starbucks? it might be a dumb question lol but i’m curious

No those arnt corporate stores, so basically they get different benefits, training, wages and even dress code.

No only corporate run get the benefits, which is why corporate partners can't use their numbers at the stores since they aren't affiliated. It sucks

for barnes and noble, you’re technically a b&n cafe, not a starbucks. mostly the same drink menu, but the food is different (can’t use the app or sbux gift cards either). you get limited free drinks per shift (no handcrafted beverages) and 40% off other cafe items/most of bookfloor

Use to work at a Target Starbucks. Got 10% off any Target, store and Starbucks. No free drinks or coffee markout. Insurance was actually pretty good when I was there, and if you did a couple of things and marked in the benefit section, you got up to $500 into your insurance account. Brought your deductible down to $200ish year and rolled over if you didn't use it.
