Not to mention, what I think is the pinnacle of the current modern Sbux menu, because no mods needed, adequately sweet, caffeinated, and aesthetically pleasing, the dragon drink. But people are out here spending money on caramel ribbon crunches, anything mocha (slimy brownie batter) or white mocha (weird gelatinous sugar syrup), and cake pops. As well as straight up abominations, like the regular who inspired this post, the venti iced americano, 4 Splendas, 4 stevias, 6 pumps sugar free vanilla, heavy cream, and extra whip. At least they get blonde shots. And the popularity of caramel macchiatos eludes me. It’s just sugar syrup hanging out on hot milk. Maybe I’m just being judgy. Coming off 5 straight killer shifts.
