Exactly as titled, but how do I make like the iced London fog or the breakfast tea latte iced?

London Fog - steep earl gray for five minutes. After that fill one of the shakers to the base line. The other half is 2% milk. And I BELIEVE LF is vanilla pumps. Add ice Shake then server.
Breakfast one is same but Royal English tea bags and it’s liquid cane or classic.
I usually get the syrups mixed up tbh but you can double check on the POS to be sure. 😊

You steep the teas in the metal gooseneck pitcher you normally use for pour overs. One side has iced cup size line marks and you fill those lines with the hot water to steep your tea bags. I believe it’s standard 1/2/2 tea bags per size.

Technically speaking if you look at the recipe card, it says you’re supposed to steep the teas in the respective sized hot cup but only fill it halfway with water

I'm pretty sure you also make the tea base in a smaller cup than the full size drink (or in a smaller amount of water) so it acts as a base and isn't watered down.

Offer them alternatives with the pre made iced tea as the base. Like black iced tea w vanilla + 2% for the london fog, peach gt lemonade w honey for the honey citrus mint, etc etc. I know the standard is to steep the hot tea and then ice it manually, but honestly who has the time?

Put the teabags in the pourer pitcher with hot water, and strain for 5 mins. Then pour it into the shaker to the base line and add milk + ice and shake!
