You can look up Shift Supervisor Interview guide on partner hub. This should be your guideline.

When I had my shift interview, I was asked a lot of questions on how I would coach baristas in different situations, how I have de-escalated conflict, etc. My interviewer focused a lot on coaching (of course) and also customer connection! I talked a lot about some of our great regulars and the ways I got to know them.
I think if you show them that you are capable of leading a team well and are personable you will do great!!

Gotcha! I do believe I could do it, just nervous I guess

Think of specific scenarios you can give as examples of times you’ve displayed leadership and problem solving skills in the workplace. The worst thing is having them asking what skills you have and you’re able to do that easy, but then they hit you with the “so tell me about a time you did that” and you blank. It happened to me and I was so upset with myself for it.
