so i have have stretched ears and i have to take them out on my shifts. im worried they’re gonna close up. any advice for this?

Wait wait, is that a rule? I have 7/16 and never have an issue. I have my septum pierced too, also a non issue. How big are yours? They sell flesh colored ones, that’s always an option.

If you live near another location you could maybe transfer to a store with a more chill manager? I have stretched ears to a 00g, and one of my coworkers is at 3/4", and our SM doesn't care, but a couple miles down the road we wouldn't be able to get away with it bc the SM there is super by the book and against body mods in general. If that's not an option if you take them out right before your shift and use jojoba oil (making sure it's pure and doing a test round to make sure you're not gonna have a reaction to it) then you can use the oil to moisturize your ears daily and it'll help them retain the stretchiness. Not a guarantee it'll work, but it works for a lot of ppl
