This family was banned once, but for some reason it got lifted and now we’re trying to get them banned again since they have gotten 100x worse. Literally even thinking about them is giving me a fucking headache.

So this family is notorious for screaming at us, absolutely TRASHING our parking lot (food smeared on tables, full lattes dumped into chairs, they brought a gallon of milk from Walmart and left it behind a trash can on a 90° day, which caused the whole entrance to smell like rotten ass, park in the handicap spots with no sticker/placard, leave their straw wrappers all over the place), their kids straight up steal from our rtd&e case, they will come behind the bar, reach over the espresso machines, steal syrups off the riser, and one of the men tried to reach over the counter at me because I didn’t see him trying to get my attention (by snapping and whistling at me like a dig, I may add). They have also taken a half full container of heavy cream and poured it into the bar 🙃 (like I said, they reach behind the bar and grab shit)

We haven’t seen them in a few days but our DM told us to make an incident report every single time they come in (we made 15 in ONE week) and the next time they start pulling their usual bullshit, just call the police—and then they’ll be banned permanently this time. We’ve had other customers tell our SM they’re uncomfortable being in the store when that family comes in.

I had to leave out a few other things they do bc it’ll absolutely identify my store if someone sees it 💀

we have this lady who got banned because whenever she comes to the store, she orders a caramel ribbon crunch. and it’s not because she orders a ribbon crunch that she got banned, but it’s because she will consistently, without fail, harass the barista making the drinking, and *every single time* she gets her drink, she makes a whole deal of how the drink is terrible and doesn’t taste like a ribbon crunch and how she needs it remade by the best barista on the team. eventually our sm stepped in and banned her for the continuous harassment

When I was a fresh green bean and working Christmas Eve, a man called me a ‘fucking liar’ after I told him we had no more cranberry bliss bars because he bought the last box, thus making me cry because he had been rude the whole transaction. He left the store and came back demanding one of the 20$ cups for free and another dark roast so my SM kicked him out and banned him, apparently this was a regular occurrence with him.

A customer was jerking off in front of the register. He apparently is known to do that from other places around our store. He came in, and told the barista he needed time to look at the menu. He then just started jerking off, and she didn’t know until another barista walked on the floor from the back and saw. Our store also had someone break in through smashing a window early in the morning and stab himself with a pair of scissors.
