pretty much what the title says. I realized I need to update my resume to include starbucks, but I'm not sure what to put for the details (I always struggle with that part lol). so I put it out to yall: what skills/tasks did you put under Starbucks in your resume? Edit: I'm not sure if this changes anything, but I'm currently at a Tarbucks, so some things might be different from a normal store

completed 100+ complex drink orders within an hours time, Stocked store according to needs, multi tasked between making drinks taking orders and putting in food while maintaining less than 1 min drive thru times honestly you'll seem like an amazing employee on paper

What kind of job are you looking for? Depending on what the job looks for is how you are going to want to word you experience/skills. If it is customer service for example, detail the customer service aspect of the job. But basic skills as a barista are: customer service, providing an environment for guests, multitasking, attention to detail, empathy towards guests, cash management, maintaining a safe and clean work enviornment, maintaining food and beverage safety...there are honestly so many skills that we accumulate all in one sitting. Think about what they are going to need from you and then specify those specific skills.

i recently applied to another coffee shop and they said my resume was really impressive and the skills were very important. i put things like: ensured customers had a hassle-free transaction, handled issues with customers in a professional manner, created hundreds of handcrafted drinks and beverages, followed sanitary procedures, educated new employees on corporate protocol and sanitary procedures, task management/time management, multitasking, adaptability, fast learning, communication, teamwork.
