today, i had a first (which is pretty rare after almost 3 years under the Siren). we had someone order a chocolate almond milk shaken espresso, shaken with the ice but no ice. yes you read that right. i strained her drink and filled that silly billy plastic bitch to the top with almond milk. have a fantastic weekend everyone.

fun fact if you shake it without the ice it explodes cause of how hot the espresso shots are

i usually just do because i know people would throw a fit if i didn’t :/ my store manager and i checked the standard, i swore it used to be just a splash of milk, but now the recipe cards say ‘top off with’ and whatever milk is in the drink. ive heard so many different things :/

That’s true, but because it’s an alternative milk, you’re supposed to click add dairy and charge an extra $0.70
