So I called out my manager told me I have to find coverage found partial coverage. Mind you I’m actually sick. They then said I needed to find full coverage since they had 4 call outs. I said well I talked around and I’m sick that’s the best I can find. they then said that I call out too much and I need to call someone new and ask them to cover since they shouldn’t have to find coverage since I call out so much. Mind you I checked my call out history I haven’t called out once (or have been late) in the last 6 months. I’m also a student who doesn’t have an off day and they like to say that the students shouldn’t work there since we don’t have well enough availability.
