Im starting to think Starbucks just isn't for me anymore. And my SM isn't even doing anything to help solve anything.

So to make a long story short, I had to tell my SM about my shift supervisor and a fellow coworker I always work with. He's always telling me what to do and won't leave me alone. And just yesterday I was walking from the bathroom and I looked around for something to do since I was on CS that day. He turns to me and says "it's not fair that you're getting paid just for standing there." So I told him that I was just looking for anything that needs to be done..

Then you have my SS. It's like every Starbucks in Houston has a problem with him. He's always rushing, making a mess, and getting on my nerves. I remember one time last week I sent my SM a long paragraph telling her everything he did.

What happened was I was at DTO and he yelled at me and my best friend/ coworker about how we can't take orders right, and that that was the 20th customer we had to remake a drink for. And keep in mind, I worked at Starbucks for 7 months now, so I know all the ropes when it comes to taking orders. I always ask what size the drink is, if they want lemonade or water for their refreshers, and if it's hot or iced. So I yelled back at him "if you wasn't so busy rushing everyone, this wouldn't have been the 20th time!". I said that as I went to the baking section. And as he walked past me, he said "go to hell" under his breath. So I texted my SM in a long paragraph, and when he walked past me, he said "tattle all you want, she's on vacation". And yes my SM was on vacation that day.

He's been doing that ever since I got there and I'm low-key thinking about quitting. It's people like them who makes people's lives even harder.

And yeah, I get that that's a shift supervisor's job to keep the lines down and shit, but that's no excuse for being hostile towards me and everyone around.

And to my coworker who can't mind his business because he only likes people who works and are "actively productive", I hope you don't treat your friends like that or anyone around you.
