“No that’s it.”

Super cute, I love hearing the silly ways DTO has fun with customers. Especially funny greetings!
I’ve got a question for you though- I’ve never worked at a drive thru store, only cafes- sometimes when I go through DT’s they’ll give me my total (I usually only order one drink if it matters) and sometimes they’ll say they’ll have my total at the window. Is there a reason, or just random based on different baristas? Also- the barista that hands me my drink at the window- that’s a different barista than the one taking my order, right?

sometimes when we say we’ll have your total at the window, we arent at the computer to put it in so we wont know just how much it is as we’re taking the order, or we’re trying to get through the line so we just say we’ll see you up here as we’re putting it in! also, depending on what time you go in itll be a different person. after 12-1 its the same person who took your order giving you your drinks, but in the mornings theres someone taking orders and someone handing them out :)

Exactly what he said, most of the time we’re not there or taking the order for the person who’s actually on drive thru.
