You're on the floor with the shift and don't see the coworker you are closing with on the floor. They come in 15 minutes late **(Shift never calls to check where they at or call out / They call to say they are coming late)** They apologize and get ready. **(OK)**

\*They do it again and again, etc.\*

**YOU (The one who is CONSTANTLY on time)** knows is going to come in late **(10 minutes; tops)**. Calls the store to alert them and your shift replies to not be THAT LATE AGAIN or be result to a possible write up.

That's not how this works -\_-.... Coworkers constantly come late; **OK!** Me just once in the blue moon; **END OF THE WORLD!**

Sounds like you've got a toxic store. Hopefully everyone should be getting along and having a good time. Best way to do that is for Baristas to work hard, and the Shifts to be chill. As long as those 2 are in equilibrium all should be well. An overbearing and petty boss sucks just as much as a lazy worker.

as a shift, if someone is rarely late and comes late i’m super chill about it. if it’s reoccurring i bring it up to my store manager and tell the barista about their coming in late constantly. no one should harass you because you come in late once in a great while…..perhaps they just expect more out of you??? idk

Bring this to the attention of your store manager, your store manager should post communication about the time and attendance policy and everyone should read and sign it. Then if this occurs again the shift supervisor not enforcing policy and the barista who has issues with time and attendance can both be written up.
