This happens to me too. I try to carry the momentum I’ve got going right after work and immediately eat something, even if it’s just fast food, otherwise I end up not eating that day. If that doesn’t work, just keep snacks on hand- I have a giant bag of lightly salted popcorn next to me at all times.

work definitely made ED an issue again. back in therapy for it. 🙃 packing food and making sure i eat before i go in makes a difference.

My best suggestion is to bring real food with you. I'm not saying pack a whole lunch, but a bag of raw veggies or nuts for your break. Something less processed and easy to eat.
I realized late last year but I wasn't eating anything at work and had no appetite when I got home, but just nibbling on a healthy snack or two has made my body realize it does need fuel
