Cap mandate and I have thick hair, is there a hat or beanie y’all recommend? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey y’all, I’m not sure if y’all can relate but I have a thick head of hair and there is a cap mandate in my store. I have no problem with snap backs/trucker hats but smaller hats generally don’t fit on my head (given that I put it back in a ponytail). My manager told me I can order any as long as the logo isn’t too big/hard to see. Thank y’all!

Your store manager is actually allotted $20 to get a head covering that will work for you if you’re unable to wear a Starbucks hat! It was in the weekly update a few weeks ago.

Yeah he should be able to. Maybe from the coffeegear websit. If not maybe just a plain black visor from somewhere.

If you’re looking for a beanie I really like hot topics black beanie. It’s a looser fit and you can barely feel it on your head! I have poofy hair that’s a little too short to tie up and it works perfect :). Though be careful, a devious partner and some tongues will make short work of it….
