I’m interested in becoming an SSV (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey guys! I’m planning on moving states in the next few months. I already work as a barista for Starbucks (have been since June of 2021). If I wanted to apply for a job as an SSV, would I need to go through the process of training someone at my store? Or could I just apply to an SSV listing for another store as a regular barista?

you likely will have to become a barista trainer first, it is a part of the process (and it helps imo), but some stores might skip this step if they are in immediate need of a ssv.
