some person decided to smoke a cigarette in the bathroom! how joyful! and not only that.. ashed in our trash can and set it on fire. i love it here!!!

The one thing I'm very glad I've never seen in my store. Seen a lot of other drug related things... But the day i smell smoke and find a cigarette in our trash, I'm done. People really treat sbux like it's their "first place" 🙄

Never had anyone smoke inside but plenty have blew smoke directly into my face in the drive through. SSV: “remember to socialize with the customers” ME: “I have asthma” 😶🌫️

They really are. I would rather find someone smoking in our bathroom than some of the messes people have left for me. If you hear someone chanting “It’s mocha frappe. It’s a mocha frappe” that’s me psyching myself up to clean the changing tables 😂
