Go on quizlet (after you start training- don’t do it before it’ll be too confusing) and use Starbucks flash cards or you can use the Starbucks app and go onto each drink to see what comes in (# of shots, pumps of flavoring, toppings if any) it’ll tell you everything and in a month and a half I’d say you’d have everything down!

As the other commenter stated, use the "Quizlet Starbucks" recipes flash cards, which you can just Google to find. I used those flash cards at the beginning to GREAT benefit. However, I recently found another resource which I think is superior. I suggest reading this PDF that a former partner created to help learn the recipes and other aspects of the job:
