extra foam latte and wet cappuccino

Had some one order an upside down caramel macchiato with no drizzle.

Caramel macchiato with no coffee. Got mad when I rang it in as a steamer.

someone in DT asked for a "dairy free" caramel macchiato, i tried explaining the caramel drizzle had dairy so we could get her a vanilla latte with dairy free milk, and she got so mad and refused to accept that the caramel macchiato has vanilla in it, not caramel....

so mad she left DT to storm inside lobby and yell at my coworkers about how we need to listen (despite her being the one who wouldn't listen first.... lol???)

The only difference is the crumbles, but Java Chip is cheaper. That's probably why.

Maybe she doesn’t like the crumbles? I mean…

My favorite is when customer will perfectly describe a drink on the menu and then have no idea what that drink is when we say oh you mean this drink.

A really annoying one is when people order iced espresso’s and then when they see it there is not milk to the top so they ask for more, you don’t know what you’re ordering do you.
