How do y’all clean your freezers? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I do clean plays and I’m still confused on how to properly clean the freezers, cuz any liquid we have that is food safe freezes to the freezer and is a pain to chip off. My manager says restroom cleaner won’t freeze but idk man

Ive just used sanitizer and rags myself, havent seen any prolonged effects or solidification

I used to use super hot water and restroom cleaner or just sanitizer and a rag, if my back hurt I'd use a CLEAN mop to do the cleaning. Sometimes scraping is the only option though:/
