If there's a different store near you who's actually in need of help? I think you can look at surrounding stores with open positions nowadays. That's how I got more hours... even got a promotion 4 months later

this most likely isn’t an availability issue. it doesn’t matter if you have full availability at my store, you’ll still only get 20 hours MAX. can’t pay rent working part time, but won’t be given hours if my availability changes for a second job. Starbucks sucks.

U should ask your manager if there’s other stores arround that need help they’ll usually let u go do hours at different stores, I usually do get my 36-40 hours because im a Shift spv, but try that

I don’t get it. I’m 15 and working 3 5+ Hour shifts a week, including one 8 Hour shift each week. Theres plenty of folks on our staff who are desperate for hours, yet I’m working this many.
