First of all, wow, there’s no reason for anyone to ever speak to you that way! I’m so sorry! Have you had an opportunity to talk to your store manager about how you’re feeling? Maybe explain that you want to be developed further and would like more opportunities to work different positions. The work environment can make or break you, so definitely don’t be afraid to bring up to your SM that you’re feeling uncomfortable or not welcomed. Most SMs (the good ones at least) want to foster an environment that is welcoming and beneficial for all. Good luck!

Yes this shouldn't be happening. They should be giving you bar time and no one should be on drive through for an entire 8 hour shift. Please talk to a manager they should be training you on bar

Soooo did you ever find out how to ring in the not black coffee with no milk and vanilla? It’s not like there’s a different button for black coffee vs coffee with syrups…I’m trying so hard to figure out what they were confused about lol. I have customers asks for a black coffee with pumps of whatever EVERY DAY.

Same thing happened to me for my first 4 months, honestly just recommend moving to nights for abit for bar time since its usually slower and the shifts are alot more lax about it.

I’ve had the same issue with shifts! I started in early December and I’ve been on window pretty much every single day since no matter how much I fight for bar training I get the same response you do :(

6 year ssv here… there is nothing confusing about you ringing up a black coffee with vanilla as a venti pike with vanilla... There isn’t a different way to ring it up lol

I’m sorry you have to deal with such an awful person. Try bringing this up to your SM… you being treated and spoken to the way you are and being thrown on window every time isn’t ok. 😔 hope things get better!
