I quit late last year, but I like to keep tabs on the company because I still have friends who work for the Bux.
I'm seeing a lot of posts about how labor is being cut and/or screenshots of abysmal scheduled hours. What exactly is going on? Is this a company-wide move? What reasons are being given? Are they at least hiring more people to take the burden off of partners, or are you still understaffed?
Love y'all. Quit and/or unionize. You have the power.

As our SM relayed it, corporate is forcing everyone to cut hours (no of course they aren’t hiring more) for March. Allegedly we get our hours back in April but who knows!

this is true, they cut hours every spring time but this year has seemed more severe or at least more people are complaining about it? ive been with the company since 2016 and this has always happened

My working theory: We had high profits for quarter 1 and they’re trying to make quarter two profits high as well to show the price increases were a good thing. Easiest way to increase profits is paying your workers less somehow.
Edit: I’m a supervisor and I’ve been getting 24 hours this month. My team is really feeling this.
