our lids barely fit ventis and grandes. they keep sliding/popping off and customers keep spilling their drinks on themselves and getting mad at us🥲👍🏻

Yes! But those dome lids are sketch af I go through 3 before finding one that will fit. I tried forcing one on and broke the stupid cup!

if you get a particularly difficult to lid cup that starts to buckle under the pressure double cup it and it usually gives it enough support to get the lid on!!!

Yes, and some have jagged edges. I'm afraid someone is going to hurt themselves on one. What a waste of plastic too.

A partner at my store said her lid still had the little tab from where they didn’t fully cut the little sippy hole, she didn’t know and almost swallowed it

my store got a whole box of grande/venti ice lids, that didn't connect to the cups at all 😮💨 biggest waste of time, trying to cap a drink && the lid wouldn't be secure

Yes! Not even just strawless but dome lids as well. Extremely irritating to have a customer watch you struggle putting a lid on

Yes! Not as bad as those but definitely not great. Also getting a lot of iced cups with holes in them that clearly weren't from us. Had two whole sleeves where it looked like someone poked a hole in the side of each cup. At first I thought it could've been from a box cutter but with how they lay in the box, it would've been impossible for them to be cut like that.
