Help! I’m submitting my resignation soon and I’m trying to leave the spotify paid by starbucks so I can pay for it myself but It won’t let me! I’m trying to leave it first so I don’t lose access to my music, any of you ex-barista partners know what to do?

I dont think you have to cancel it. It shouldn't affect anything in your account like playlists and so on, I think you just loose the premium perks like skipping and all that.

Yeah eventually I think it just runs out. If it’s your account all your music will stay put. Just like if you canceled or applied for premium
