Uh. No. That's why it's called "when we open and when we close." Everything's off and dumped at close, and practically nothings fully turned on before open. So how does this one work out at all?

From 2006 - 2014 we did this. I worked in Indiana and Michigan. After 2014 the 10 min rule craze pretty much died. If you ask a DM I bet they’ll tell you to honor it though.
