Key holder vs coverage (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey guys I just got promoted, finally. It’s been a process and I nearly quit several times cause I just kept being jerked around, however my husband and I need the health insurance so I stuck it out. My question is however, do I only get “shift pay” for shifts that I am “key holder” during or do I get shift pay for all shifts going forward, regardless.

I get the same pay regardless of how my shift is coded. Unless it’s a regional thing, I assume you will too.

I get paid the same regardless.
