If someone ordered 17 iced chais, I'd be fine... but 17 Frappuccinos... I would honestly just... die.

Bruh, it's not fun, but it's simple. Takes 2 seconds and not 10 years like Frappuccinos or brown sugar oat shaken espressos.
I'd much rather make 17 iced chais than 17 brown sugar oats or Frappuccinos for one order.

I wish we could get rid of the shaken espressos. They take forever, taste terrible, people always try to get less ice, we ask if they want more milk, they say no, then are mad when the drink is only half full. On top of that people who get the normal old fashioned shaken espresso get 1000% questions now to make sure they know what they are ordering because often they don’t know

I dont exactly like how they taste... but I like making them. Though I hate them when we have a 10 car line up and cafe is like 15 people... and everyone decides NOW is the time to order 4-8 drinks, and all being either frappicinos or frickin shaken espressos...

Somehow at our store, people only seem to order the regular shaken espresso through mobile. I haven't heard anyone complain, though
I would be sad if we stopped doing them, the shaken espressos and iced caramel macchiatos are my favorites, and I like being able to rotate so it's not the same drink every morning. Lol

Honestly my dream. All one size. All same drink. Absolutely no mods. I can for sure get like Ventis in one blender at a time. Just gotta make sure ratios are correct. You don’t need to measure for 3 ventis. But as long as the ratio is right you can deffo get 3 out of measuring for 2. Ask me how I know 😈

The answer is actually yes, we do make them without confirming; however, either way (Café or MOP) the customer pays for the product…..Even if they order through MOP and, perhaps not show up for them, they’ve already paid so Starbucks isn’t out…….😃
