hi! i found i got more time on bar at first during non-peak hours - and i found asking my shift supervisor for some time on bar when we were less busy, they often said yes and it allowed me time to practice in less chaotic times. i also sometimes was able to double bar during my first peaks on bar to get more practice during rushes & really pickup my speed and routines. it took a solid couple weeks for this to really start taking place - but if you’re feeling stuck, try telling someone & hopefully they’re supportive <3
