Bruhhh my store had a guy order that one morning and got mad when we handed him a cup of hot milk.

Actual customers I’ve had this week:

“yeah, that was supposed to be made hot” it was an ICED shaken espresso

“That’s supposed to be blended” “You didn’t order an iced macchiato?” “yeah, but I wanted it to be blended with whip and the caramel topping” “you mean like a caramel ribbon frappe?” “I don’t know what that is. I wanted the iced caramel macchiato but I want it blended with whip cream and caramel topping. It comes that way. I get it here all the time” “yeah, I think you are thinking of our caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino” “no, I want a caramel macchiato blended” “ok” “good lord 🙄”

I’ve had someone order this before and when they came to pick it up they explained that they meant no mocha drizzle but must’ve picked the wrong button. Maybe that’s what happened here?

Had a strawberry cream frap with no strawberry purée the other day. It was almond milk so there wasn’t even whip. Just almond milk and ice and base.

She brought it back cuz it tasted wrong.

Had a lady the other day that wanted a white mocha but “no white mocha just the syrup and steamed milk and coffee”… would not begin to try to understand me explaining that’s exactly what’s in a white mocha.

Could they have meant no drizzle?

Do you sell just hot milk? I mean the customer went above and beyond to order plain hot milk.

They think mocha means coffee. Had a lady mobile order 20 Venti HC with no mocha and we didn't make it until she got there because I wasnt going to toss a gallon of milk out to remake them.

Any time I see a ticket like this, I’ve come to assume they mean “no espresso/coffee”. It’s stupid, but usually what they mean.
