Not having a bottle for mocha drizzle is so frustrating. We only have one thing of mocha and it’s right in the middle of our two espresso machines. If I’m making a frappuccino that needs a mocha drizzle, I have to bring it over to the hot bar, do the mocha, and then put a dome lid on it. If it’s super crowded, sometimes I’ll just do extra cookie crumble on the mocha cookie crumble fraps and hope no one asks about it…

You can use a short cup or pup cup and kind of fold it in half to pour or use a bar spoon to drizzle it

I prefer the pump method, the mocha is so runny compared to years ago that for cold dome lid drinks Iplace the lid over whip first then pump mocha into the center in a circleish motion. Otherwise the mocha sometimes falls out to the sides of the cup making a mess.

As the supervisor that opened our store I can assure you in 3 years there has never been a “Mocha bottle”

They got rid of the bottles some years back! Like literally taken off the order. So if you are like one in a million stores that has them. Protect them! And DO NOT snip the tops.

my store doesn’t use the bottles either, we have them but we just use the pump. i just gotta stay ready with a lid to catch it before it drips

If you pump a little bit onto the bar spoon you’ll be able to get a nice swirl
