It logically makes no sense when someone ask for a remake complaining that it doesn’t taste right then another barista makes the exact same drink the exact same way I made it and then all of a sudden it taste great 🙃

Back when I was a customer if the second drink still sucked I would say it was great and move on. I would feel way to bad to complain again.
