i mean no offense but if your availability is 3-10 then like… this is the schedule you’re most likely gonna get. that’s only 7 hours of availability. they generally have to give you at least 4 hour shifts. and i dont often see shifts that end an hour or two before close. so 6-10 is more likely than 3-7 basically. you’ll need different availability if you dont want to close all the time. maybe even just shorten your availability a couple days a week so that you are not available to close, but your manager may not like that.

I used to work shift hours 1-930 every week 5 days minimum and then I also did CP for like 18 weeks or something ridiculous dude I get it....gtf out of there you deserve better

i love working here but i feel like my manager is over doing these closing shifts. theres people who are just as capable as me of closing. not complaining about the hours.. just the fact all of these are closing shifts :/

Yeah that's that's happens though, you're taken advantage for you kindness. It's sad. Hard workers are usually exploited in my experience in serving work.

i totally feel your pain. there was a period of time where all of my shifts were closing and my availability was 5 am - 10 pm. closing 5 days a week is exhausting. at least you have hours tho

That’s literally in your availability and at least you’re getting hours?? If it’s really getting to be too much, you could try changing your availability though. Good luck.
