Starbucks Baristas: The daily grind

I'm currently not enrolled in Starbucks' Healthcare plan (lucky enough to still be on my parents plan), but my husband and I are talking about babies... So, for those of you who are enrolled and have had children while on it, is it good or should I look at outside plans? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I'm not 26 so I haven't been legally booted off yet, they've been nice enough to let me stay on because it's cheaper for them anyway
