I would honestly say, tread lightly. She and other partners could have a a medical card. And as for bribing with shift coverage, is paying someone a bonus of $25-50 worse because in my eyes, coverage is coverage, if it’s not including you, stay out of it because it will ostracize you from your group. As for the Mexico thing, unless you have actual, factual proof, I’d leave it. Now that being said, if you don’t want her as your SM, you’re free to leave for another store, however, you will find that there’s politics in every store, you have to find your limits.

Maybe you should ask her for some weed lol, sounds like you could use it

Just keep to yourself and mind your business , if anything it sounds like she’s won partners at your store over so it would be very you vs them. Things will eventually crumble (at my store we had a similar situation and it’s a shit show) I’d just suggest you going to a different store if you can

I understood promotions to work in a very structured way, and shifts wanting to move up still need to apply and interview for it, then would work as ASM/manager in training for a long while. Even if their talk with the DM goes well, she shouldn't be able to become your store manager soon or at all (transfer more likely). I'd keep your head down for now to keep the peace with your co-workers, but look into transferring.

I wouldn't worry about her becoming your new SM. There is a lot of red tape involved with getting a SSV promoted to SM and bypassing the ASM process.

Id say you certainly can express your view that she won't make a good SM but other than that stay quiet. Burden of proof is on you with all this and if you can't back it up it's likely to come bite you.
If she's a bad SM itll show after not too long. And if you have interpersonal issues you can always transfer.
I hope everything works out tho.

if you really wanna "expose" this girl, do it carefully. like another comment said it seems like it would be a very you vs them situation considering how many people are on her side. if you really wanna talk to your dm about her, talk to her about why you think she's not a good candidate based off what she shows AT work. (because all these higher ups only seem to care about the work output, not how you go about your personal life).
like i'd bring up dealing weed to other partners in the parking lot cuz that's.... illegal. but other things like maybe she's short and nasty with customers, or she sits on her phone a lot, or whatever.
i wouldn't being up the mexico thing cuz then your dm might just think you have some personal vendetta against this girl
unfortunately though.... if she gets promoted, just transfer

If you have my DM she probably won’t do anything about it
